ABOUT US

The Boston Latin School Junior Classical League is an organization that seeks to promote the knowledge of the classics. JCL holds many activities, such as creative arts, graphic arts, Olympika, and Certamen. Certamen is a competitive game in which JCL-ers answer questions about classical mythology, culture, history, and the Latin language. We also support greater BLS and Boston communities by participating in various community service events throughout the year, including local events and statewide events in support of MAJCL community service efforts.
